Our   Story

KHR Multi Services is a business offering both professional and skilled labor services to individuals and businesses. The services offered include, Mobile Notary Service, Loan Document Signing Agent, Personal​ Transportation Service, and Mobile Car Detail services.
 
The business is owned by Kevin H. Riles, who serves as the President/CEO and Managing Officer.  Jason Dean is an investor and serves as a mentor for the K&J Division of KHR Multi Services. The business currently have two additional contract employees and an advisory board of directors comprised of professionals who provide advice,  council, and consulting in the areas of business, operations, finance, and legal. The advisory board members are Adrienne Whitaker, Ditu Kasuyi, Max Williams, Sam Rahmings, and Gera Peeples. Bios/resumes of the executive team and advisory board are provided.

Kevin H. Riles, CEO
With over 20 years legal experience, Kevin Riles serves as the principal clerical support for a senior administrative judge. He works closely with employees of other County departments, representatives of legal offices, and the public in matters before the court; leads work direction and supervision to clerical and administrative staff. Kevin manages complex projects involving frequently changing policies, procedures and guidelines. Kevin is a valued employee with perfect attendance throughout his entire professional career (i.e. no sick days or unscheduled leave).

Kevin is a graduate of Barry University, where he obtained his bachelor’s of science degree in legal studies.
Kevin is also committed to community service. He serves with the Citizens on Patrol Program with Miami Gardens Police Department and as a member of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) with the United States Citizen Corp for Miami-Dade County. He also volunteers with the United Way of Miami-Dade and various other community outreach efforts.

What is a mobile notary? 
A mobile notary, also known as a traveling notary, is a person who visits different locations at the time fixed by you, to ensure proper completion of the notarization process. A mobile notary meets a client personally. The task of a mobile notary is to verify the signer’s identity, witness the signing of the document, and finally put his signature and stamp on the document. His job also involves checking the authenticity of all the documents and ensuring that no signer is signing under any compulsion or due to any threat.

What is a loan signing agent? 

As a loan signing agent, your duties are to certify and notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents. A loan signing agent typically works adjacent to the real estate industry. In this career, you are often required to certify any real estate transaction, such as new home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing, closing contracts, and property transfers. Your responsibilities are to act as an impartial, third-party witness and ensure that the parties involved follow all the protocols for a real estate transaction. You also ensure the borrower and lender’s signatures and initials are on all documents.

What is Mobile Car Detailing? 
Car detailing is more than just a “car wash.” Whereas a wash gets your car superficially cleanerand more presentable, car detailing or auto detailing is the process of cleaning and reconditioning your car from top to bottom, front to back, inside and out.
